MicroStencil fabricates Electroformed components by means of lithographic steps followed by atomic level deposition of metal through an electroplating process. The outline of the process steps are shown in the figure below. Through the correct substrate, resist and mask selection enables the production of extremely precise resist molds. This coupled with advanced electroplating equipment enables the generation of apertures with precise critical dimensions, smooth aperture sidewalls and uniform material deposition.
