MicroStencil offers precision microengineered electroformed parts for a wide variety of demanding applications:

Fine geometry high tolerance parts products are manufactured using our specialised production process in a contamination controlled cleanroom environment.  Our flexible production process means that we offer cost-effective tailor-made electroformed stencil parts with feature sizes capable of meeting the most demanding applications allowing us to stay one step ahead of the technology curve.

In addition we produce low cost emulsion on glass photomasks with geometries down to 5microns for photolithography and calibration application.
