Microembossing tools and injection mold inserts

MicroStencil manufactures microembossing tools and injection mold inserts using photolithographic patterning and electroforming techniques. Such products can be used in the mass replication Tools and moulds to fabricate precision parts in both plastic and metal. Panel sizes as large as 450mm x 450mm can be produced with feature sizes as small as 50 microns. Applications for this product include the production of polymer waveguides, electronic circuits and microfludic channels.

Product Specifications

  • Available thickness of base layer → 50µm to 300 µm at 0.5 µm increments. Base layer can be bonded to stamper plate
  • Available thickness of feature layer → 50µm to 200 µm
  • Feature size capability → 50µm
